ClouseWork is responsible for the processing of personal data through this website. You can find us at Frame Offices, Flemingweg 8, Alphen aan den Rijn.

Contact. If you email or call us, we use your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message to reply to you.

Appointments. If you book a call through our Google Calendar page, Google processes your name, email address and the chosen time to schedule the appointment. We receive that data as well.

Website visits. Our hosting provider records technical data, such as your IP address and the pages you visit, for the security and operation of the site.

Fonts. We load fonts from Google Fonts. In doing so, Google receives your IP address.

Map. On the contact page we show a Google Maps map. Google then receives your IP address and may place cookies itself.

Statistics. Only with your consent do we use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used, for example which pages are viewed and on which device. We use this to improve the website.

To answer your question or schedule an appointment we use your data on the basis of our legitimate interest and to take steps towards a possible agreement. Our legitimate interest also applies to the security of the site. We only measure statistics with your consent.

We place no cookies ourselves. Google Analytics (statistics) only loads if you click Accept in the cookie banner; it then places cookies (_ga and _ga_) to recognise visits. If you choose Decline, Google Analytics does not load. On the contact page a Google Maps map always loads, and Google may place cookies itself. We store your choice for statistics in your browser and you can change it at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.

We share data with parties that help us deliver the site and our services: Google (email, calendar and, with consent, statistics) and our hosting provider TransIP. We make agreements with these parties about how they process data.

Google may process data in the United States, under the safeguards that apply. We do not sell your data.

No longer than necessary for the purpose we use it for, or as long as the law requires. We keep statistical data for the period set in Google Analytics.

You may ask us which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict the processing, object to it and transfer your data. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email us at info@clousework.nl.

If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Our website runs over a secure connection (HTTPS) and is set up to collect as little data as possible. Suspect misuse? Report it via info@clousework.nl.
